Terms and Conditions for Life Changing Kids Reading

Introduction
Life Changing Kids Reading is a parent-controlled tool to help children improve their reading and related skills. By downloading and accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C).
Payment, Account Creation and Management
To use the app, you pay a one-time fee for 12 months of access. Your account is created, you download the app, and begin using the content to instruct your child to read.
After 12 months you may choose to renew your full access at www.lifechangingkidsreading.com.
If you do not renew access after 12 months, your account reverts to the free tier and remains there until you repurchase full access. You can renew at any time to restore full access.
If you wish to delete your account, you may email [email protected], however, we encourage you to retain your account, on the free tier, for future use.
Access
Your payment provides access to the reading instruction product. Future enhancements, such as writing and mathematics instruction are actively in development and will be added at our discretion as capacity allows. Although not guaranteed, should these enhancements be finalised, they will be provided to you at no additional cost and will simply display in your account, ready for your use.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances. However, refunds may be provided in exceptional cases (at our discretion) or if required by law.

User Responsibilities
This app is for use by parents, not children. Children must only use the app under direct supervision and instruction of a parent.
You must provide accurate information (e.g., email and payment details) to facilitate access to the app and delivery of its benefits.
You must be aware of how we handle your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy (available in the app at My Account > Privacy, or at www.lifechangingkidsreading.com/privacy).
Intellectual Property
All app content—including code, text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and the trademarked name "Life Changing Kids Reading"—is owned by us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
If you suspect any infringement of our intellectual property, please report it to [email protected].
Feedback
Any feedback you provide through the app is voluntary and becomes our property entirely.
We may use your feedback for any purpose, including product improvement, app development, or any other business functions, without compensation or acknowledgment.
App and Content Availability
We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
The app relies on third-party services to function. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their performance.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues, and you accept this risk as part of using the app.
Instructional Content Availability
This product is designed for sequential use beginning with alphabet sounds and progressing through each Card Set and Chapter in order. The full product comprises over 500 consecutive sessions.
Each session is designed to be accompanied by demonstration footage and accompanying instructional text intended to guide the parent instruction of sounds, words, and story content.
While the complete story text is available in full at the outset and may be accessed at the moment of purchase, the corresponding instructional videos and supporting content are released progressively on a rolling basis.
Users who proceed through the sessions in the intended sequence will have timely access to all instructional content as it becomes available.
If a user chooses to skip ahead or access chapters out of sequence, we do not guarantee the availability of the corresponding instructional or demonstration content at that time. In such cases, users may only have access to the story text without instructional support.
We disclaim liability for user outcomes or instructional gaps resulting from deviation from the intended sequence.
Termination
We encourage continued use of free reading available inside the app, even if your 12 months paid access has expired, however, if you do wish to terminate your account, email [email protected].
In the case of misuse, disruption, or other behavior we deem problematic, we reserve the right to terminate your access.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If you have an issue, you must contact us first at [email protected] before pursuing legal action.
These T&C are governed by Australian law. As a condition of app access, any disputes must be resolved through mediation under Australian jurisdiction.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Results
Achieving Results
The app is designed to support your instruction of your child’s reading and related development through a structured and rigorous schedule. To achieve the best possible outcomes, you must follow the app’s guidance closely and consistently.
The results demonstrated are based on starting instruction before your child is 3 years old and adhering strictly to the schedule provided. Outcomes may vary depending on your child’s age at the start, their developmental stage (including any learning differences or intellectual disabilities), your level of commitment to the process, or a myriad other impacting factors.
Results Disclaimer
Although we have taken all reasonable care in providing you with everything needed to facilitate your successful instruction of your child, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Outcomes shown may not be typical for all users. Your results depend on those numerous factors beyond our control that are mentioned above. Even with close adherence to the prescribed content, these impacting factors may mean you don’t see the same outcomes.
Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).
Severability: If any part of these T&C is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These T&C represent the full agreement between you and Life Changing Kids Reading, superseding any prior discussions.

Your continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the revised T&C.
