Introduction
Life Changing Kids Reading is a parent-controlled tool to help children improve their reading and related skills. By downloading and accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C).
Account Creation and Management
To use Life Changing Kids Reading, your account is created on the website at payment, you download the app, and begin using the content to instruct your child to read.
If you wish to delete your account, please email [email protected].
Access
Your payment provides access to the reading instruction product. Future enhancements, such as writing and mathematics instruction are in development and will be added at our discretion as capacity allows. Although not guaranteed, should these enhancements be finalised, they will be provided to you at no additional cost and will simply display in your account, ready for your use.
Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your details.
No explanation is required and your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment. Confirmation of the refund will be sent to you via email.
This satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. If you subsequently repurchase, a refund may not apply.
User Responsibilities
This app is for use by parents, not children. Children must only use the app under direct supervision and instruction of a parent.
You must provide accurate email and payment details to facilitate access to the app and delivery of its benefits.

App and Content Availability
We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
The app relies on third-party services to function. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their performance.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues, and you accept this risk as part of using the app.
Instructional Content Availability
This product is designed for sequential use beginning with alphabet sounds and progressing through each Card Set and Chapter in order. The full product comprises over 500 consecutive lessons.
Each lesson is designed to be accompanied by demonstration footage and accompanying instructional text intended to guide the parent instruction of sounds, words, and story content.
Users who proceed through the sessions in the intended sequence will have timely access to all instructional content.

To achieve the best possible outcomes, you must follow the app’s guidance closely and consistently.
Outcomes may vary depending on your child’s age at the start, their developmental stage (including any learning differences or intellectual disabilities), your level of commitment to the process, or a myriad other impacting factors.

Although we have taken all reasonable care in providing you with everything needed to facilitate your successful instruction of your child, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Outcomes shown may not be typical for all users. Your results depend on those numerous factors beyond our control that are mentioned above. Even with close adherence to the prescribed content, these impacting factors may mean you don’t see the same outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any part of the app is not allowed.
Feedback
Any feedback you provide through the app is voluntary and becomes our property and we may use your feedback for any purpose, including product improvement, app development, or any other business functions, without compensation or acknowledgment.
Termination
If you wish to terminate your account, email [email protected].
In the case of misuse, disruption, or other behavior we deem problematic, we reserve the right to terminate account access.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These T&C are governed by Australian law. Disputes must be resolved through mediation under Australian jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).
Severability: If any part of these T&C is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These T&C represent the full agreement between you and Life Changing Kids Reading, superseding any prior discussions.
